I am so pleased with my purchase. My new Madison arrived in a timely fashion and was packed well. Love the style of the quilting. In a (???)C19 era, I have taken to wearing crossbody bags. The Madison makes me feel like a proper lady again. Since, I am of a certain age, I like the fact that is light weight. The chain does not put pressure on my shoulder. It is a perfect size and the inside is also well made and constructed well for items to be carried.
Now, let's talk service. I was impressed from the beginning with the "Thank You" for my purchase. The Thank You card enclosed and the follow up. I'm so glad I ran across this Tori again. I had seen this brand in a magazine some time ago(Some Bad Boots), and forgot...now you have my attention.
