About

Tori Soudan is an award-winning footwear designer, brand founder, and authority on luxury branding, fit intelligence, and the returns crisis transforming the footwear industry. With 17 years working at the intersection of design, technology, and data, she brings together craft, anatomical precision, and innovation to solve the challenges facing quality-focused brands today. She studied at Spelman College and holds an MBA in Finance, a combination that reflects how she approaches everything she builds: with both creative vision and strategic discipline. As a designer who understands construction, materials, and the architecture of fit, she approaches footwear as both craft and artistry, building her career on a foundation of precision, intention, and creative aesthetic.

Understanding the returns crisis that costs retail $850 billion annually, with footwear among the highest return categories, she built solutions that address the problem from both sides — through strategy consulting with brands and retailers, and through Fit Signature™, a dedicated platform for precision fit intelligence. Her approach enables brands to manufacture with precision rather than assumption.

Her work is guided by a consistent philosophy: purpose over proliferation, intention over assumption, precision over guesswork, and creative aesthetic in everything. Whether designing footwear, building technology, or cultivating community, she believes that what we create should not only function with intention but look and feel like it was made with care. This is not about cutting corners; it is about informed decisions that honor craft and reduce waste.

Through The Bronze Suite, Tori has extended this philosophy beyond objects and into community. The Bronze Suite is a global cultural community gathering individuals across continents, from Paris to London, Milan to New York, to celebrate craftsmanship, culture, and connection. It is an intentionally intimate space for cultural explorers, entrepreneurs, and global thinkers who value depth over display, discernment over noise, and meaning over accumulation.

Her work continues to be shaped by time spent in Paris and a reverence for artistry, authenticity, and the quiet power of things made with care. She serves discerning individuals and brands who understand that quality is not an indulgence, but a necessity that enables presence, performance, and longevity.
